Frosting for Diabetics!
This is an amazing sugar-free frosting that you can change to be any flavor you wish for frosting any cake you are trying to make lower in sugar. I always use it on my eclair cakes, but it also works great as a low cal fruit dip in the summer. Enjoy 1-small package SUGAR FREE jello pudding of any flavor you choose 1-8oz container of cream cheese (fat free preferred) 1-container of sugar free cool whip Make the pudding as shown on package, let sit for about 5 mins. With a mixer on medium, mix in softened cream cheese. Then fold in cool whip until desired texture for frosting. This makes about enough frosting to cover 2 large cakes. It makes quite a bit so if its a small cake you are making, find some other use or split the recipe in half. Enjoy!! It can be made with chocolate, vanilla, banana, cheesecake etc.. all sorts of flavors available! |
